KC Concepcion talked to Showbiz Central yesterday about her parents Sharon Cuneta and Gabby Concepcion's reconciliation, and about her mom's supposed separation and impending divorce from current husband Kiko Panginilan. Thanks to cr7x.

Sharon Cuneta Gabby Concepcion Reunited

Gabby Concepcion and Sharon Cuneta are back together again as friends, and Gabby says he's happy with his blessings, his comeback career, and the time he spent with his father who just died last month.

"Friends na kami. After my father died, a lot of things happened. There had been a lot of changes, believe me, that I've not talked to anybody in the press about. You can write that down. Sharon and I are friends now. It's different. When my dad died, things have changed. You know, time has a mysterious way of healing things and I think it's happening."

"We're in a better relationship right now, I just hope we maintain it," Gabby said. "'Yon na lang. 'Yong goal ko to be friends with people that, you know, I didn't have the opportunity to share with before I left, e, ginagawan ko ng paraan. It's slowly happening."

"Unfortunately nga, like I said, I cannot please everybody and ganun lang. What will happen, will happen. Pero at least, mayroon kang goal. Ako, addition ako, hindi ako subtraction."

Richard Gutierrez, KC Concepcion, GMA Films

Richard Gutierrez and KC Concepcion's upcoming Valentine's day movie will be under GMA Films. Richard talked to Showbiz Central this past Sunday about the project. Let's hope the acting improves on this project for both of them. They're great, they're both extremely aesthetically pleasing to the eye, but GMA Films, please have them do lots and lots of workshops with Gina Alajar, both of them really REALLY need it. I saw For The First Time, and sobrang kulang sa acting, as in sobra.

Gabby Concepcion's father dies, Juday, Piolo reuniting?

Gabby Concepcion's father and KC's grandfather, Mr. Rollie Concepcion, passed away earlier tonight at Lourdes Hospital.

Jon Avila: "I consider everything a blessing. Hindi ko naman na-plan ang mga bagay na ito. Experiencing everything so fast is overwhelming for me," says Jon Avila about his career right now.

Juday: "Kalma na muna tayo. I mean, I'm happy for him because Angel [Locsin] is there. He has a new love team. And I hope, you know, it would click," says Judy Ann Santos about the possibility of working with former screen partner Piolo Pascual.

Yes! "Para bumili pa tayo ng mga produkto kahit na may krisis, kailangan mo na may mag-push pa sa 'yo na someone familiar or someone quite credible sa paningin mo. Sino ito? Hindi ito mga politicians. Very rare lang silang maging successful na product endorser. So ang successful endorsers ay 'yong galing sa showbiz," explains Professor Rolando Tolentino about celebrities being effective endorsers.

Alessandra de Rossi is very satisfied that her showbiz career is moving forward since moving to ABS-CBN.

KC Concepcion and Piolo: When asked about her plans after her second movie with Richard Gutierrez, KC Concepcion answered, “I would like to be more active and I would like to work with Piolo Pascual because he’s a great actor. Sandara Park returns to Philippines

Sandara Park came home to the Philippines, the country she grew up in since she was 11 years old, this past weekend: "Maraming lumapit sa akin, kinausap nila ako ‘tapos yung iba nagpa-picture pa. Kilala pa rin pala ako ng mga tao dito. Akala ko limot na nila ako," says Sandara Park about her arrival at the airport.

"Krung krung" made a special appearance on ASAP this past Sunday.

Sandy also stopped by The Buzz to talk.

Katrina Halili: "E, siyempre po, si Joross. Kasi mas palagi kong kasama...palagi kong ka-text, pero, friends lang po talaga, " says Katrina Halili when asked who between Joross Gamboa and Marvin Agustin has a better chance to date her.

Gabby Concepcion: "Hindi, kasi baka sabihin ginagamit. Hindi naman kung sinu-sino nga si KC, okay. Gusto ko, ako lang muna," replies Gabby Concepcion when asked why he doesn't have a duet with daughter KC Concepcion in his debut album.

Hannah Montana's Filipina star

Anna Maria Perez de Tagle is an 18-year old Filipina actress and part of the highly-successful Disney show Hannah Montana. She was also included in the cast of Disney original movie Camp Rock with the Jonas Brothers. Anna Maria is the granddaughter of legendary Filipina singer and actress Sylvia La Torre."I’m very close to my grandma—she’s quite the icon in the Philippines," said Anna Maria to Janelle So on Kababayan LA. "She taught me my first Filipino song “Bahay Kubo.” Whenever she’s on stage she says ‘Oh my apo, she’s following in my footsteps,’ and I can’t disagree. When it comes to singing and acting, I owe it all to her."

Despite her being born and bred in the US, Wengky has never lost touch with her Filipino heritage. In fact, she'll mark her 18th birthday on Dec. 23 with a debut party "Filipino style."

Edmund recalled that when a Singaporean journalist asked her how Filipino she is, Wengky quickly replied: "I'm full-blooded Filipino...100 percent! I may not speak Tagalog, but I understand the language very well. I love adobo, lumpia, crispy pata and the sweet spaghetti Filipino style."

And while carving her niche in Hollywood, Wengky reveals that she makes it a point to watch the TFC — yes, The Filipino Channel — and religiously follows her favorite shows like Kapitan Boom (featuring Jon Avila), Prinsesa ng Banyera (starring Kristine Hermosa), and Lobo (with Piolo Pascual and Angel Locsin).

"I love Jon Avila, he's the cutest and I want to meet him in person," Wengky gushed like any other teen movie fan. "I love Kristine Hermosa, she's so beautiful. I love Piolo Pascual and Angel Loscin. I love Sarah Geronimo. I love Sam Milby. I love Richard Gutierrez and KC Concepcion. I also get to watch GMA shows."

Anna Maria on Kababayan LA

Sarita Perez de Tagle, the popular green eyed Filipina actress who appeared in many popular ABS-CBN films such as My First Romance and D'Anothers and was a part of Star Circle Batch, is Anna Maria's cousin. Anna Maria is also Enrique Iglesias' fourth cousin, through her paternal grandfather, Celso Perez de Tagle. Enrique's paternal great-grandmother was Carmen Perez de Tagle.

Marian Rivera: "Five years ko na ngang hindi nakikita si Daddy, pero nagkakausap naman kami. Pero iba pa rin yung katabi mo siya at kayakap mo ang daddy mo, di ba? Lalo na't daddy's girl pa ako kasi wala akong kapatid, e."

Anne Curtis about her role in Viva Films' Baler: "Ngayon, sinusubukan ko na mag-Tagalog minus the accent. Kasi ang role ko dito is a Filipina and I need to look and act credible for the role. Pero with the help naman of some people, makukuha ko ang essence nung role."

Gabby Concepcion: "Noong araw kasi na mangyari ito, hindi ko sineseryoso, around 1980-81, so mga 15 or 17 ako noon. Imagine, hindi ko nga inisip na pumasok sa pag-aartista, kumanta pa? So, hindi talaga ako nag-concentrate na magiging career ko ang singing kaya nag-concentrate ako sa acting."

Katrina Halili on Star Magic's plans to pull out their contract stars from the movie One Night Only: "Basta po ako, hindi ko naman po ipinipilit ang sarili ko sa kanila. Pero ako po, gusto ko po sila. Wala po akong problema sa kanila. So, siguro kung meron man ayaw sa akin, hihintayin ko na lang po na magustuhan nila ako."
