Gabby Concepcion's father dies, Juday, Piolo reuniting?

Gabby Concepcion's father and KC's grandfather, Mr. Rollie Concepcion, passed away earlier tonight at Lourdes Hospital.

Jon Avila: "I consider everything a blessing. Hindi ko naman na-plan ang mga bagay na ito. Experiencing everything so fast is overwhelming for me," says Jon Avila about his career right now.

Juday: "Kalma na muna tayo. I mean, I'm happy for him because Angel [Locsin] is there. He has a new love team. And I hope, you know, it would click," says Judy Ann Santos about the possibility of working with former screen partner Piolo Pascual.

Yes! "Para bumili pa tayo ng mga produkto kahit na may krisis, kailangan mo na may mag-push pa sa 'yo na someone familiar or someone quite credible sa paningin mo. Sino ito? Hindi ito mga politicians. Very rare lang silang maging successful na product endorser. So ang successful endorsers ay 'yong galing sa showbiz," explains Professor Rolando Tolentino about celebrities being effective endorsers.

Alessandra de Rossi is very satisfied that her showbiz career is moving forward since moving to ABS-CBN.

Richard Gutierrez Bench Scandal

Marian Rivera turns 24 on August 12, but:"Taping ako, e. Simula nang mag-artista ako, lahat ng birthday ko, may trabaho ako. Two years na akong nagtatrabaho ng birthday ko, pangatlo na ito."

Richard Gutierrez on Annabelle Rama: "Pero siyempre, sa nanay ko, that's her opinion and naging emotional lang talaga siya, feeling ko. I think she is just protecting not only me, but also her other talents. Kasi marami kaming talents niya na nandun, na part of the show. So si­yempre, may mga a­laga siyang nandun, nagin­g emotional lang siya."

Dingdong Dantes' 28th birthday wish: "For things to fall in the proper place."

Jake Cuenca: "Naiintindihan ko naman na hinahanap nila ang ginawa ko dati, pero naging test din naman po sa akin ito na at the end of the day, parang siyempre nandoon yung question sa utak ko na baka tinitilian lang nila ako dahil naghubad ako. Pero alam ko naman po na ang mga taong nagpupunta sa Bench fashion show, gustong makakita ng naka-brief. Doon ako masaya."

Richard Gomez jokes when asked about the issue concerning the Bench Blackout fashion event and some of its top models: "Alam mo, 'pag konti kayo, konti rin ang insecurities, e! Yun lang yun, e, di ba? Basta kailangan, masaya ka sa ginagawa mo."

Rufa Mae Quinto on Ruffa Gutierrez and Gretchen Barreto: "'Pag kaibigan, kaibigan talaga kahit ano'ng mangyari. Siyempre, nagti-text pa rin naman kami, may communication pa rin naman. Busy rin kasi sila, gaya ni Ruffa, at si Gretchen may iba ring career na pinagkakaabalahan. Wala talagang time."
