'Gagambino' New GMA7 Series, Piolo Pascual in Paris, Thalia's Rosalinda, Marian Rivera's Bikini

Thalia is starring in Rosalinda at 4pm on Telefutura in the USA, and just recently finished it's finale in the Philippines via QTV, it's third airing since originally airing in 1999 to become the highest rating TV series in Philippine history with a 70% TV rating share.

Marian Rivera will tentatively star in the Philippine remake, set to begin production after Dyesebel ends.

Jericho Rosales comes home for a short break from his stint in Malaysia. Meanwhile, his ex-girlfriend Heart Evangelista doesn't want to talk about him in any of her TV guestings.

Piolo Pascual will represent the Philippines as the Paris Cinema International Film Festival pays tribute to Philippine cinema, short documentaries, cinematography, directors, and artists.

Gabriela Spanic sexy fotos

Gabriela Spanic is 34 years old, 8 months pregnant, posed without clothes for the May 2008 issue of Nueva, & looked like the gorgeous beautiful goddess with the heart of gold that she is. 'La Usurpadora' was a big hit in the Philippines and led to her visit to Manila which made her a household name, and the worldwide hit is currently airing weekdays at 5pm in the USA on Telefutura. Gaby survived a cancer diagnosis, and the near fatal death of her twin sister last year due to a brain hemmorhage, and there's talk that Gaby will be signing a contract with Televisa after she gives birth, to signal her return to telenovelas after she chose to leave NBC-Telemundo after being under contract with the American company for 7 years.

Perhaps she'll run into Marian Rivera if she ever takes up Televisa's offer for her free scholarship to their prestigious drama school (which they use to cast future actors for their TV shows).

Thalia on Rosalinda, Telefutura

Thalia and Fernando Carrillo return tomorrow via Rosalinda, on Telefutura at 4pm tomorrow nationwide in the USA! The first chapter will debut tomorrow, and replace 'Por Un Beso' which ended today with Spanish subtitles on CC1. It's a spectacular TV afternoon now, with Rosalinda at 4, La Usurpadora with Gaby Spanic at 5, and La Marca del Deseo at 6 with Pasion de Amor star Alfonso Baptista. All fantastic shows.
Rosalinda continues to air in the Philippines weekdays at 8pm on QTV.

The Philippine remake is scheduled to air next year after Dyesebel ends. Marian Rivera and Dennis Trillo will tentatively star in the telenovela to be produced by GMA, who purchased the rights from Televisa Mexico.

It's Thalia weekend starting this upcoming Friday on MTV Tres as she stays for the whole weekend hosting shows, and also stars in the debut of "Thalia: Tres or False" in which she answers questions from fans. I just saw the promo right now on MTV Tres, here it is, and she's speaking in English:

Ernestina Sodi, mother of Mexican actress Camila Sodi, 21, who is believed to be about six months along with her first child with husband, Mexican actor Diego Luna, 28, recently appeared on the tv talkshow La Oreja, to discuss her daughter's pregnancy. Ernestina couldn't contain her excitement over the baby's anticipated arrival, calling her grandchild a "true gift from God".

God willing everything goes fine, a baby is always a gift from God.

When asked about the relationship between Camila and Diego, Ernestina had nothing but praise for her daughter and son-in-law.

[Diego] is marvelous, marvelous, he adores her...they adore each other!

Ernestina is singer Thalia's sister. Camila and Diego were married in February 2008, and although the couple has yet to officially announce the pregnancy, recent pictures of Camila's belly at a Mexican festival confirmed it!

La Usurpadora starring Gabriela Spanic was a massive hit in the Philippines, so much so it was shown a total of three times, the first time on RPN, and twice consecutively as 'Paulina' on GMA7.

Many people say that 'La Usurpadora' was the basis for the GMA7 program 'Impostora' because of it's many similarities.

'Mi Prima Ciela' is moving to 9:30 am, and the first chapter of 'La Usurpadora' will be premiering tomorrow at 5pm on Telefutura USA. It was gonna be aired at 7 am, but the network people knew how huge of a worldwide hit this novela was and decided to move 'Mi Prima Ciela' to the morning just to make room for La Usurpadora to air at the coveted early evening 5pm timeslot when they know a lot of people will be watching. Telefutura is available nationwide in the USA under Time Warner Cable, which means it basically covers the entire country since practically everyone in the United States is subscribed to Time Warner Cable, on Ch. 26, and via antenna on Ch. 46 in L.A.

I know a lot of Filipinos loved this show back home in the Philippines, and many were begging 'Telenovelas Filipinas' for the chance to watch it again, well here's your chance if you live in the US. You don't need to order any special channels, because of course, the US-based Spanish language channels Univision, Telemundo, Telefutura, and Galavision, come as part of every standard cable package in the USA, and are also available nationwide via antenna Ch. 34 Univision, Ch. 52 Telemundo, Ch. 46 Telefutura in Los Angeles. Subtitles and closed captioning available on CC1.

Isn't it amazing how some TV shows are timeless and span the test of time? You can watch it years later, and it's still just as good, and people still clamor to watch it and have memories of it years later.
