Of course, I'll give you an insider's money-saving health secret from a health fitness nut like myself: The reason why Fit and Right "burns calories" is because it helps maintain your metabolism through - tada!!!! - Vitamin C and L-Carnitine! You could actually get the same result just by drinking tea (especially green tea) everyday which is shown to improve your metabolism by 15%, and by eating a balanced meal with vegetables and fruits everyday (or taking a multi-vitamin) for the Vitamin C, and for the L-Carnitine (which is not really a magical ingredient as it is just niacin, B6, and iron, which can be found in regular foods or in vitamin supplements), carnitine can be easily obtained in a number of foods that you eat everyday already: meat, particularly beef, sheep, and lamb.
