Marian Rivera and Katrina Halili: "It was just a misunderstanding. We love each other, and we're happy we're friends." If you remember it from the beginning, there was never animosity between the two actresses when shooting on Marimar began, but it was the Philippine media and it's intrigues that kept prodding and creating this rivalry between them in the press, until it started to affect the actresses negatively in real life, and this one of those things that just shows how ugly the Philippine media, including ironically shows such as Startalk or The Buzz, can be in creating intrigues and over-dramatizing controversies which lead to unneeded rivalries among Filipino celebrities, especially Filipino female celebrities.

Ryan Agoncillo guest starred today on One vs. 100, and the people at that show must really think that Piolo Pascual is not really an intelligent person, and maybe they're right (or wrong) because Ryan's questions were extremely difficult from the beginning and on college-level topics like biology and history, whereas the episode last week with Piolo Pascual, the answers were so easy because they were mostly about entertainment, show business, and general trivia. So in that logic, to the producers at that show, they must think that Ryan Agoncillo is extremely smart and that Piolo Pascual is not that intelligent, because they made Ryan's questions so much harder than Piolo's hehe. And it's logical, Ryan Agoncillo graduated from De La Salle University-Manila with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Organizational Communication. Piolo Pascual only graduated high school. Ryan was one of my mom's pupils when she taught at DLSU, and she said he was really sweet.
