This is relevant, because Filipinos love Thalia, but they also loved Gabriela Spanic, who was loved so much by the Filipinos that she visited Manila in 2000 to perform a mini-concert in which she was flirted with by Robin Padilla, and her novelas were among the highest rating shows in the Philippines: La Usurpadora (shown as Paulina on GMA7) with Mario Cimarro and Fernando Colunga, was shown a total of 3 times on Filipino television, can you believe that, 3 times on 3 different Filipino TV networks, and also shown in over 100 countries worldwide, and Maria del Cielo with Saul Lizaso which was extremely popular among Filipino viewers, with whom she re-teamed up with again in 2005 to do the groundbreaking telenovela Tierra de Pasiones (Land of Passions), which starts airing again on Telemundo in the USA, Latin America, Spain, Europe, and parts of Asia (via satellite TV service) this Monday, Feb 11 at 12 pm
